In this project; girls and young women are provided with vocational training in tailoring, handcrafting and hairdressing after successfully completing the entrepreneurship training designed to enlighten them with skills to excel in the corporate world.

This project focuses on leadership, self-discovery, opportunity seeking, and job creation of girls and women. As they graduate from the program, the participants are provided with capital to start their own businesses.

 We encourage the culture of saving through Icyizere (Hope) Vision and Saving and Loans Association. The association not only serves as a savings group but also a safe space where participants meet regularly to save, develop business ideas, and share knowledge.
